£10m JCB order for Ashbrook

UK rental company Ashbrook has taken delivery of 250 JCB telehandlers, along with 250 JCB dumpers, rough terrain forklifts and Teletruk industrial telehandlers, in a deal worth more than £10 million.

Supplied by JCB’s construction and agricultural dealers Gunn JCB and J D Bownes, the order comprises eight models from JCB’s construction range and two from its agricultural range of telehandlers. These include the four metre/1.6 tonne 516-40, the six metre/2.5 tonne 525-60, the seven metre/3.1 tonne 531-70, the seven metre/4.1 tonne 541-70, the 9.5 metre/3.5 tonne 535-95, the 12.3 metre/3.5 tonne 535-125 HiViz, the 13.7 metre/four tonne 540-140 HiViz and the 17.5 metre/four tonne 540-180 HIViz models.

The order also includes the 6.2 metre/3.8 tonne 538-60 AGRI Super and the seven metre/4.2 tonne 542-70 AGRI Super telehandlers as well as a number of JCB’s 926 and 930 rough terrain forklifts and Teletruck industrial telehandlers.
