200th Terex tower crane

German crane sales and rental company Abrams Krane has purchased its 200th Terex/Comedil tower crane with delivery of a 4.4 tonne CSE 32 self erector.

The Abrams team at the hand over


The first model in a new series of Terex self erecting tower crane range, it boasts a 32 metre jib, with a jib tip capacity of 1,150kg. It can handle its maximum capacity at a radius of just over 10 metres and a hook height of 19.7 metres. Maximum hook height, with the jib luffed by 15 degrees above horizontal, is 27 metres at a radius of 31 metres.

Family owned Abrams Krane is based in Warendorf, halfway between Münster and Bielefeld in North Rhine Westphalia. It was established in 2001 and offers both Terex and Cattaneo self-erecting and flat top tower cranes for sale or rental with around 30 employees. In addition to its crane business it also runs a scaffolding division - Abrams Gerüstbau.
