Sunshine Coast crane overturn
A four axle All Terrain crane overturned onto three homes in Nirimba, a new suburb on the south western edge of the Sunshine Coast, near Caloundra in Queensland, Australia yesterday. One of the apartments was occupied at the time.

The 80 tonne Terex Demag AC 80-1, owned by Nationwide Crane Hire, seems to have overturned due to an outrigger/ground related issue. Thankfully no one was hurt or injured in the incident.
The crane company apparently organised accommodation for the residents overnight and plans to recover the crane today.
