Two new officers for Mills

Brazilian rental company Mills has appointed Caroline Pepe dos Santos Leonard as chief financial and investor relations officer, replacing chief executive Sérgio Kariya, who has covered the role on an interim basis, since the resignation of James Oliver Guerreiro Carneiro in January.

Dos Santos Leonard joins the company from Patria Investimentos where she was financial officer, prior to that she worked as financial and administrative officer at Grupo Ultra, chief financial officer at LVMH, financial, planning and controlling officer at Telefônica, and earlier on in her career worked with SAP and consulting companies.

The company also appointed Tatiana Cristina Aranda Medina as officer without a specific designation. She joined Mills as executive officer of IT and digital transformation in February. She has more than 20 years of experience in IT and digital transformation, working in companies such as Accenture, Duratex, Louis Dreyfus and Klabin and is chairman of CIONET Brazil
