Spierings expands sales team

Mobile self-erecting tower crane manufacturer Spierings, has recruited two new sales engineers, Mark Oudshoorn and Ralph Disveld.

Oudshoorn will be responsible for sales in the UK and the Dutch regions of North Brabant, Limburg, North Holland and a part of Gelderland.

He joins the company from grass care and sweeper distributor Jean Heybroek where he has been an area sales manager since 2018. He began his career as a service co-ordinator with Getronics - KPN leaving after two years for DHL where he worked in IT procurement. In 2005 he moved into recruitment with JobComm after three years changed to marketing medical equipment with Oudshoorn Chirurgische Techniek. In 2012 it was back to recruitment with Tempo as a sales consultant. Following two years in the role, he became an account manager with Alkmaar based fork lift, warehouse handling equipment and aerial lift dealer ITS Hendrion, leaving for Jean HeyBroek four years later.

Mark Oudshoorn


Disveld will be responsible for the provinces of Zeeland, South Holland, Utrecht, and part of Gelderland in the Netherlands. As an Italian speaker he will also “do his best to put Spierings on the map in Italy”.

He joins the company after almost six years with Nooteboom Trailers, where he was export sales manager, adding direct responsibility for sales in North Netherlands and Italy in 2019. He began his career in 2007 as a trainee with VW, Audi and Skoda Nijmegen. The following year he took up a similar role with Vlasblom Porsche Tuning as a mechanic and racing driver. In 2013 he left for a product manager’s job with remote tank level monitoring system specialist Utodas, moving to Nooteboom in 2017.

Ralph Disveld


Business development engineer Mathieu Braamhaar who has been looking after North-east Netherlands since the summer of 2021 will return his focus to sales in North Germany and Switzerland which he has covered for the past nine years. Finally Rafael Morales will look after sales in Spain, a role he has carried out since joining the company in 2021.
