Italian spider lift and road rail boom lift manufacturer Platform Basket has appointed Enrico Marighella as export area manager, expanding the Export Sales department.
In his new he will be responsible for supporting existing distribution partners, while managing further expansion and development of the Platform Basket network. He will work withing the current structure reporting to managing and sales director Carlo Alberto Molesini.

He joins the company after almost 22 years with JLG working on exports sales in Europe, most recently as distribution development manager for Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
He began his career in 1986 as a mechanical engineer working with manufacturers of engineering equipment, including Sines and Fincantieri. His sales career got underway in 1992 when he joined Flexibos, followed by stints at John Crane Italy and Floserve all of which work in the Oil & Gas industry covering Italy and the Middle East, leaving to join JLG in 2001 where he was initially appointed as senior account manager central-south Italy and Malta.
