The Selley wedding

Nick Selley AFI’s corporate development director, was married at a small but select wedding held at Glenapp Castle, Ballantrae, Ayrshire, Scotland on Saturday 30th June.

As the Vertikal Press was unwilling to compete with Hello magazine for the photographic rights to the wedding, it has taken us some time to unearth a couple of unofficial shots of the happy couple.

Nick and Nicole Selley

Nick and Nicole Selley met in Germany when he was based in Frankfurt as the marketing manager for the Lavendon group looking after Prolift, whcih became Zooom Germany.He moved back the UK in 2003 to join David Shipman and Geoff Gibson as they moved into AFI.

In true Tom Cruise/Katie Holmes - Madonna style the couple took over the entire Glenapp castle for the weekend. The wedding was attended by 28 guests from both the UK and Germany.

After the wedding the couple jetted off to Italy for their honeymoon.

One of the guests, a certain Mr O, was so impressed with the event that he said “I can’t wait till the christening.”
