German sales and rental company Möller manlift has purchased five new 30 metre Palfinger P 300 KS truck mounted aerial work platforms.
Mounted on a compact 7.5 tonne chassis, the P300 features a four section telescopic boom, topped by a jib with 195 degrees of articulation, providing a maximum outreach of 20.5 metres with 100kg in the platform, 18 metres with 200kg, and around 15 metres with the maximum platform capacity of 400kg.
The machine has an overall length of 7.6 metres, an overall height of 3.5 metres and an overall width of 2.52 metres. The maximum outrigger spread is five metres.
Based in Würzburg Möller manlift was established by Andreas Möller in 2012 and now operates from three full service locations – Würzburg, Fulda and Heilbron with a team of 75 employees. It also runs six additional ‘Pick Up' stations, to make it easier for customers to collect and drop off machines they rent. The fleet includes several hundred units which include truck and trailer mounted lifts, boom and scissor lifts, spider lifts, telehandlers and more recently light duty cranes. The company also runs a training centre and is a member of the System Lift network.
Axel Pokorny and Andreas Möller said: "We have only had the best experiences with Palfinger as a premium manufacturer of aerial work platforms, so the choice of brand for the new investment was an obvious one. With the P 300 KS, we have brought a real all-rounder into the rental business that offers our customers safety and flexibility in use."
