Senior recruits for Kiloutou

Kiloutou has appointed Elie Hajjar as group director of equipment and sustainable development, while Linda Vila joins the company as sales director for France.

Elie Hajjar also joins the group’s Executive Committee and will be responsible for the group wide fleet management. He will be responsible for guiding purchasing, maintenance and resale decisions across all group companies while promoting fleet ‘decarbonisation’ and helping develop new initiatives and solutions to reduce the group’s overall carbon footprint.

Elie Hajjar

He joins the company after four and half years with DB Cargo France, where he was director of asset management and maintenance. He began his career in 2007 as an industrial consultant with AFD Technologies. After three years in the role, he moved to public transport systems specialist Keolis, where he responsible for maintenance programmes, moving increasingly senior positions over the next eight and half years, before joining public transport company Transev in a similar role, leaving for DB Cargo in 2020.

Linda Vila joins the company after a two and a half year spell with Dekra, the vehicle claims and inspection company where she was commercial director. She will be responsible for developing the general rental business while promoting a diversification of the customer base.

Linda Vila

She began her career in 2000 as a commercial engineer with Dell computer in Montpellier. She was transferred to Paris in 2005, leaving in 2010 for travel business Egencia where we was appointed commercial manager. In 2014 she took up a post as sales manager with digital platform for services and payment Edenred, moving up through the company over the next eight years, before making the move to Dekra in late 2021.
