UK vehicle mounted platform manufacturer Aldercote has appointed Mark Tooley as sales executive, he joins the company from Access Hire where he most recently worked as group damage recovery manager.
In his new role, he will be responsible for promoting the company's product range and engineering support services to both new and exusting customers.

Tooley began his career in 1996 as a department manager with Morrisons supermarkets and was promoted to senior sales manager in 2000, a position he held for six years. He then spent 16 years as a driving instructor with various companies before moving into the access industry in 2018 when he joined Access Hire as breakdown controller. He progressed through several positions including service supervisor and service manager, to become operations manager. He later took on roles as group procurement and stock manager and most recently damage recovery manager before making the move to Aldercote.
Tooley said: "I'm looking forward to this new challenge in the industry I've gained a solid experience in! I'm already enjoying engaging with customers and explaining how Aldercote's commitment to engineering and innovation can help them find solutions for their platform needs. I've had a really positive experience with the wider Aldercote team and it's fantastic how we're all working towards the company's shared goals."
