26ft Zoomlion for Bann Hire

Irish rental company Bann Hire has taken delivery of a 26ft Zoomlion ZS0808ACLI scissor lift.

The unit – supplied by dealer Inspectec Ireland – provides a working height of 10 metres, with a maximum platform capacity of 230kg. It has an overall width of 810mm, overall length of 2.3 metres and a stowed height of 1.26 metres, although the guardrails fold to a height of 1.9 metres. Total weight is 2090kg.

Inspectec Ireland said: “This is the second unit for Bann and is already booked for a long term contract where the customer specified Lithium battery powered model for it's faster charge time and longer run time on a full charge. As always, we wish Brendan, Shane and the team great success with the new addition to their fleet.”

Bann Hire was established in 2007 as a tool rental business in Banbridge, Northern Ireland – which has now moved to Scarva Road, South West of Belfast - expanding into plant hire to serve local quarrying and civil contractors. The company opened a second depot in Portadown in 2009 and a third in County Antrim in 2013 now employing 18 staff across its three locations. It runs a fleet of aerial work platforms up to 24 metres as well as excavators and dumpers.
