Today ‘ALM’ operates from two locations – Strasbourg and Nancy, its largest crane is a 250 tonne GMK5250XL-1, other cranes in its fleet include an MK88-4.1 self-erecting mobile tower crane and two large loader cranes.

Christophe Fenard who also operates the cranes, said: “The GMK3060L-1’s superb strength and high reach are ideally suited to tasks of positioning swimming pools in gardens, setting up containers, and supporting lots of different jobs in construction. A lot of that work will be on tight jobsites, so the fact that it is the most compact crane in the 60 tonne class, with the smallest tailswing, was also a very important factor in our buying decision.”
“I also love its fast setup and the ease of use enabled by the Crane Control System , so whether I’m handling delicate items like grand pianos or bulky sections, I know the GMK3060L-1 will get the job done quickly and efficiently.”
