Aconda - formerly Tracked Carriers - has updated its two crane attachments for use with its tracked carriers.
The attachment on display at Vertikal Days
The AC2500 (formally the AC2200) crane attachment has a maximum capacity of 990kg at one metre or 200kg at a 4.5 metre radius whilst the AC1250 (previously AC1200) has a maximum capacity of 500kg at one metre or 200kg at 2.5 metres. When the attachments are not required, they can be removed from the carrier by using their own jacks within a couple of minutes.
Aconda sales and marketing administrator Luke Foster said: “The attachments are extremely popular in Australia, where customers with two or three carriers in their fleet have used them for glazing and moving steel beams."
"The unit’s versatility stems from its compact dimensions and self-loading capability, users can also remove the legs to allow the machine to fit through a standard doorway.”
Founded in 2018, Aconda is based in Witham, Essex, southern England.
