Joly 100

French rental company Joly Location has taken delivery of a 100 metre Ruthmann T1000 HF truck mounted platform, upstaging its 90 metre T 900 HF that it purchased in 2018.
The T1000 HF on site for its first job at a wind farm

The T 1000 HF is essentially a stretched 90 metre T900 HF with the same five section lower boom, four section upper boom and HF articulating jib configuration but with longer boom sections, with a similar maximum outreach of 39 metres. The 3.82 metre by 970mm extended platform is also equipped with several operator assistance systems, including DRS range optimisation and RTC service & telematics. The overall weight is 53 tonnes, thanks to the use of a standard five axle chassis.
Carrying out turbine maintenance

Joly placed one of the first orders for the 100 metre lift, when Ruthmann announced it, but the first production machine was delivered in December 2024 to Dusseldorf based Gerken, and the second to Wörle of Reimlingen and now Joly.
The platform has a working height of 100 metres

Founded in 1973, Joly Location is based in Couternon near Dijon and runs a fleet of mostly Ruthmann truck mounted lifts up to 100 metres along with Teupen spider lifts with working heights ranging from 13 up to 42 metres, topped by a 52 metre Palazzani Ragno XTJ 52+.
