New CEO for Dinolift

Finnish aerial work platform manufacturer Dinolift has announced that its chief executive, Petter Rönnlöf has reached a mutual agreement with the company’s board of directors to step down from the role effective immediately, having joined the company in March 2025 See: New CEO for Dino.

The board has named non-executive director Lars Schulman as his replacement. It is hoped that he will be free to start in September. He is currently chief executive of advertising and marketing agency VML Finland, but has served on the Dinolift board since March 2020, knows the company well, and is familiar with the powered access industry. Karin Godenhielm will serve as interim chief executive until he formally joins the business.

Schulman has a background in technology and business-to-business marketing, having begun his career as a key account manager with HP in 2000 and was promoted to marketing manager three years later. In 2005, he moved to Microsoft, initially as a partner account manager, before moving up through a number of increasingly senior roles, including Nordic business manager, Western Europe category manager and retail sales & marketing director for Microsoft Finland. In 2015 he joined MTV as vice president -consumer business, leaving after 18 months for data marketing company Avaus, where he was sales and marketing director. In 2018 he joined another data-driven marketing agency, Salesforce, as regional sales director, leaving for VML six years later.

Schulman Added: “I am excited to step into the role of CEO at Dinolift and help the company enter its next stage of international growth. The investments made in product development and in our production facilities in Loimaa in recent years are significant, and I look forward to growing the business together with our customers, partners and the Dinolift team.”
