Klubb is back

French international aerial lift manufacturer Klubb has successfully completed its Judicial Rehabilitation Proceedings and says that it will exit the Chapter 11/Administration type process with a “strengthened structure.”

The Bobigny Commercial Court approved the company’s reorganisation plan at the end of July, effectively concluding its judicial rehabilitation that began on February 3rd. The court approval followed the majority of its creditors and shareholders approving the proposed reorganisation plan, in order to allow it to be presented to the Court.

The company said: “This plan marks the culmination of a financial restructuring process conducted jointly by Klubb group’s shareholders, management, financial partners, and court-appointed officers, amid a challenging market environment.”

“It opens a new phase of development for Klubb, built upon a healthy financial structure and an organisation refocused on operational excellence, enabling the group to enter this new cycle with enhanced stability and the renewed support of its majority shareholder.”

Chief executive and founder Julien Bourrellis added: “After a challenging 18 months for everyone at Klubb, we emerge leaner, more resilient, and fully focused on sustainable growth. Our primary focus now is operational excellence and restoring strict delivery reliability for our clients.”

“This reorganisation has preserved 550 jobs within the group. Regrettably, it also involved parting ways with 90 colleagues and closing one factory—a difficult transition for our teams. Today, our ambitions are to become the global leader in truck mounted aerial work platforms within five years, a European champion in recovery trucks with our Italian team Isoli, and a European champion in aircraft refuelling trucks through our Titan brand."
