Access technician wins award
One of Nationwide Access’s mobile service engineers, Chris Shove, has won the prestigious Wrekin Prize awarded by the Institute of Agricultural Engineers.
Shove, 21, was won his student of the year prize whilst studying for his HNC in Machinery Dealership Management at Reaseheath Technical College in Nantwich.
Prior to joining Nationwide Access Shove’s studies were self-financed and carried out in his own time. He transferred to Nationwide Access’ North Wales depot when Wizard Workspace was acquired by the Lavendon Group in 2007. Nationwide Access then took on the funding of his further education.
Peter Douglas, managing director, Nationwide Access said, “This is a first class performance from Chris and we are delighted with his achievement”.
