Tower crane cowboy

In spite of all the recent uproar about tower crane safety around the world we have been sent a video of what we think is highly dangerous crane operation on a Dublin site.

The crane is lifting a formwork panel from the stored area to place it in position, it appears to be a very windy day, which might be bad enough, but the cavalier way the operator carries out the lift is an accident waiting to happen.
