PSS to be liquidated

PSS (Lifting), the Warrington, UK, based contract lifting and training company has appointed Michael McGurk of Jackson Gregory as liquidator to wind up the company.

A creditors meeting has been called for the 16th January at which the main aim will be to agree the Liquidators remuneration.

PSS is owned by Kenneth and Lee Rowe and was established in its current format in early 2006.
