First six day auction for Ritchie Bros

Ritchie Bros auctioneers will be holding its first ever, six day unreserved industrial auction in Orlando, Florida next month.

The auction dates have been set from Monday February 16 to Saturday February 21 2009.

Equipment is being added to the sale that already includes several hundred scissor lifts and about 100 telehandlers. Ten Rough Terrrains make up the majority of the current crane entry.

The Ritchie Bros. Orlando, Florida location hosts three unreserved auctions each year and, historically, the February auction is the one that achieves the records. Last February's five-day auction generated over US$190 million in gross auction proceeds.
