Link Belt adds support roles
Link Belt cranes has appointed Troy Krumm as field service manager with and Frank Snapp as technical product support manager.
Krumm has been with Link-Belt 21 years, having served as a district service representative followed by management positions in parts and technical support. His job will be to build up Link-Belt’s customer field support functions with particular focus on expansion into international markets.

Troy Krumm
Snapp has been with Link-Belt for 20 years, working in manufacturing, prototype, technical product support, and, most recently, as senior product specialist. His focus will be on supporting Link-Belt distributors and end users in servicing and maintaining their cranes.
