UK Generators goes under

UK Generators the leading supplier of hydraulic powered generators used for the provision of onboard power on aerial work platforms has been declared insolvent.

Calls to the company this week are not being answered and records at Companies House show that the business has been placed in liquidation.

The company which also produced other generators solutions along with welfare cabins is/was based in Corby Northamptonshire and was owned by Mike Webb and Jane Samsa. The steep downturn in new aerial lift deliveries will have hit the company hard.

Unable to speak to either of the two directors, we are unable to report on whether there are any plans to acquire the business assets or restart. As far as we are aware no documents have yet been delivered to the company’s creditors, yet a creditors meeting was apparently scheduled last week.
