Hanging out
A death wish photo from Mexico, our 62nd, shows several men working at height with scant regard for their safety. Note the two men taking a break on the tiny platform with absolutely no protection from falling. With such a small platform the chances of one nudging the other off is high.

The job site in Mexico
Another man climbs on a beam. All of the men are around 15 to 20 metres up, although there is an inclined platform which looks like it is intended to catch falling men and channel them into the wall.
