Telehandler tips

A Telehandler tipped over yesterday at the West Midland Safari & Leisure Park in Bewdley, Worscestershire, UK, injuring the operator. The telehandler was travelling with a suspended load on a rough track and appears to have been pulled over onto its side by the swinging load.

The fallen telehandler

The operator in his 50’s was trapped in his cab for an hour and then airlifted to hospital with back injuries, later reports suggest that they are not serious.
