Death Wish 69

Spotted by a reader in St.Neots, Cambridgeshire, UK, yesterday, a man and a colleague using a forklift to lift rubbish bins high enough for them to be tipped into a high sided skip.

Safe? Efficient? hardly! - Sadly not too clear -it looks like a mobile phone pic.

No consideration about what might happen if he slipped, or the operator accidentally pulled on the wrong controller.

There have been at least two fatal accidents, of which we are aware, in the past two years, where the circumstances have been very similar to this.

So much for safety awareness, perhaps if there was less concentration on the use of library steps and more focus on sites like this, there would be fewer accidents?
