Don’t stop the traffic

Spotted in Pau, South West France last week, a wheeled excavator unloading a bucket from a tipper truck.

As this excavator unloads a bucket, no attempt is made at traffic control

As a result impatient drivers continue to pass under the boom

No attempt was made to stop the traffic and so cars continued to pass under the boom as the bucket was lifted, thankfully nothing untoward occurred.

A lull in the traffic comes as the bucket is lowered, but then the operator charged off down the road with bucket swinging

However once the bucket was clear of the truck the excavator charged off down the road with the bucker swinging merrily from side to side.
