Death Wish 71 – on the edge

This is a surprising one, in a more civilised place than you would expect, and goes to show that even in the most developed markets there is still potential to spread the powered access message, not to mention decent edge protection.

One has to assume that these men are tied-off to the building?

Our reader spotted tradesmen using a scaffold work base and ladders right on the edge of a new high rise residential building. Where? the developing world an emerging market?

No Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada on Alto, a new high rise building on Davie street. Hard to believe? We could not detect any funny business with the photographs and have bee sent other pictures from this build before.
