Fille quits Manitou
Bruno Fille, executive Vice president and director of Manitou has resigned effective the end of this month. The resignation was accepted by the Manitou board at yesterday’s board meeting chaired by Marcel Braud.

A statement says “The Supervisory Board regrets Mr. Fille’s departure and would like to thank him for the work he has accomplished over the last twelve years and in particular for stabilising the Group’s financial situation over the first half of 2009.
The Supervisory Board also approved a proposal from Jean-Christophe Giroux, the recently appointed president and chief executive, to appoint Hervé Rochet as financial director, Jérôme Tertrais as human resources director and Hervé Saulais, as general secretary to the Group’s executive committee.

Saulais,42, will act as company secretary and will supervise all legal, information systems, internal auditing and communications functions.
Saulais spent three years with Alcatel-Alsthom until 1993, after which he joined Manitou departing in 1997 and then joining Manitou’s holding company in 2007.,
