The full package delivered so far this year also includes: a 230 tonne five axle LTM 1230-5.1, two 110 tonne five axle LTM 1110-5.1s, a 90 tonne four axle LTM 1090-4.2, a 70 tonne four axle LTM 1070-4.2 two 60 tonne three axle LTM 1060-3.1s and a 220 tonne LTR 1220 telescopic crawler crane.

The new cranes have been added, in part, to support the new Global Wind Projects division launched earlier this year as an operation dedicated to installing and commissioning wind turbines - both onshore and offshore.

Established in 2013, with the acquisition of Port Services Group - which traces its roots back to 1986 - Global Crane Services is based in Inverness and operates from four locations including the Port of Nigg facility which it owns at the entrance to the Cromarty Firth, where a new 225 metre quay has increased its capacity putting it among the top deep water harbours in the UK.
