AFI to expand transport fleet
AFI will expand its transport fleet with seven low loader and rigid vehicles in order to meet increased demand.
Due for delivery in September, the order consists of three heavy-duty King low loader trailers and four 26 tonne rigid vehicles. The new vehicles, along with the company’s existing fleet, will be located throughout its UK depots.
AFI director Nick Higgins, said: “We have invested heavily in providing our own, in-house transport fleet so that we can take full responsibility and control of every aspect of the delivery process.”
