The son in law of company founder Gerry Alexander, he had taken over the day to day management of the business which offers aerial lifts and telehandlers for sale and rent, allowing Alexander to start moving towards full retirement.

On Wednesday evening, he had gone into the company workshops in order to fetch a set of jump leads and tools, to help his son with a friend’s car, and never came out. His son found him a short time later.
He leaves behind wife of 19 years Anna, and children, Jacob, Matthew and Hannah. His funeral and memorial will be held tomorrow – Saturday December 14th at 11 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Kankakee, followed by the burial at All Saints Cemetery in Bourbonnais.
Memorials may be made to St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church.
Dying is always sad but at this age it is even more sad. My condolences at the family, friends and colleagues. May he rest in peace.
