HAB scissors for Russian shipyard

Russia’s Zvezda Shipbuilding Complex, of Bolshoy Kamen in the Russian far east, has taken delivery of several HAB heavy duty scissor lifts.

The platforms, which were sold and delivered by local dealer and rental company Estate Project, will be used in the construction of new facilities for building large capacity vessels and marine equipment, along with workshops for offshore equipment.

Estate Project has also delivered a 45ft Genie Z45/25 DC electric boom lift with ATEX explosion proofing to another shipyard in the north west of Russia. The Z-45/25 will be used for sand blasting and painting vessels in the dockyard.
