Quantum launches equipment hire division

UK based variable speed drive and motor supplier Quantum Controls has established Q-Hire, a new equipment rental division serving construction and industrial companies in North East England.

The division's new rental fleet will include aerial work platforms, general construction equipment, temporary power solutions and generators.

Quantum Controls is based in Northumberland, North East England, and was established in 1989 as Slater Drive Systems before rebranding in 2009. It is an official service partner for Schneider Electric, Danfoss, Vacon and Mitsubishi, also supporting ABB, Control Techniques, Nidec and Siemens drives.
