Terex Roadbuilding facility offers Genie service

Terex has said that its Terex Road building manufacturing facility in Fort Wayne, Indiana, will now provide Genie 360 aftermarket support services for Genie aerial lifts and Terex branded products, as well as competitive brands.

The new location brings the number of Terex Service Centres in the USA to 17, with 200 field and service technicians across the country providing maintenance, repair and reconditioning services for aerial lifts, cranes, telehandlers, utility equipment, winches, service bodies and portable lighting.

Thor Wickstrom, director of sales for Genie/Terex AWP said: “The Terex Fort Wayne facility will serve as a convenient service location for our customers based in the Midwest, including the markets of Chicago, Detroit and Indianapolis. We are also very proud that this location offers an extremely experienced staff with decades of equipment refurbishment and repair expertise.”

Mohammed Nadeem, general manager, of the Fort Wayne facility added: “We are looking forward to providing great service from our Fort Wayne location. While Terex provides a wide range of equipment to many different customer bases, we are leveraging our collective experience to be closer than ever to those customers.”
