Plant Hire UK hits 500th JCB
Merseyside-based rental company Plant Hire UK, has taken its 500th JCB telehandler since it was established five years ago.
During 2010 dealer Gunn JCB has supplied the company with 250 machines including 230 Loadall telehandlers ranging from compact models through to the 540-170 which offers a lift capacity of four tonnes and a lift height of 16.7 metres.
The latest telehandlers to be delivered incorporate JCB’s Adaptive Load Control which complies with the new European regulation EN 15000, introduced to reduce the likelihood of tipping.
