New Terex crane service hotline.

Terex Cranes has launched a European “Service Plus” Support Line, offering a 24 hour seven day a week hot line for service and spare parts issues.

The new line, which is based in Germany and is multilingual, went into operation on December 1st. The Service Plus Support Line is an addition to the company’s existing service offerings.

Frank Schröder, director parts and service for Terex Cranes said: “Once customers have placed an initial call, they will be able to rely on direct feedback from one of our local cranes specialists. The Service Plus Support Line is available in English, German, Spanish, French and Italian. Availability and responsiveness are key elements for us in order to keep our customers’ cranes up and running by offering the right advice and spare parts service at the right time.”

The numbers for the new line are toll-free number +8000 6983739 (+8000-MYTEREX), or +49 6332 831111. A similar service is available for customers in North America from the local product support line at 1 877 698-3739 (1 877-MYTEREX).
