Kaylor buys Interstate Aerials -southern
Rusty Kaylor has acquired the southern depots of Interstate aerials, from the New Jersey based rental company through a new company - Alliance Rental.
The southern division of Interstate Aerials, has been managed by Kaylor while he put together his buy-out plan. The sale of the southern division which is based near Dahlonega, Georgia, will have no effect on Interstate Aerials, north east locations.
The southern division, now rebranded as Alliance Rental, also has locations in Chattanooga and Cleveland Tennessee.

Kaylor is joined in the venture by Two of Interstate’s southern senior managers, Russ Stear vice president of fleet operations and Steve Sears vice president of sales. Kaylor has been in the aerial lift business for 33 years originally with a JLG distributor and then with NES and Sunbelt.
Interstate Aerials was founded by Matt Lange in 2005, the northern division covers the states of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia , Delaware, Maryland and Connecticut.
