Presidential visit to Manitowoc?
President Obama is scheduled to visit Wisconsin next Wednesday and the town of Manitowoc – the first by an incumbent president. Visit planners called on crane manufacturer Manitowoc this week, as they put the itinerary together.
The fact that the company has one of its massive 31000 crawler crane’s in the yard may help, offering an excellent photo opportunity for the visiting president.
The company is the county’s largest employer and the only one listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
