Telescopic scaffold tower

The Teletower, sold and marketed by Zarges, uses the Telesteps telescopic ladder technology to create telescopic end frames that telescope to create a two metre platform height room scaffold.

The Teletower comprises just two separate parts the tower and the platform, although it all stores together in a single captive unit minimising the risk of the two parts becoming separated and creating a more compact package for shipping or storing.

The tower is mostly anodised aluminium, although a base section brace frame is made from powder coated steel. A GRP version of the tower will be available later in the year for those users seeking something non –Conductive.

To erect the tower the user decides how high he needs to go then lifts on the appropriate rung which clicks into place when it reaches its correct spacing. The tower offers seven different platform heights in 250mm increments, the platform measures 1.4 metres by 700mm wide. Guard-rails and toe-boards are all built in and move into place as the tower is extended.
