Terex AWP promotes Saxelby

Terex AWP/Genie has appointed Tom Saxelby as vice president, North American sales.

Reporting to Matt Fearon general manager for the Americas he will be responsible to leading the sales and customer service functions, he will be supported by a team of regional vice presidents.

Tom Saxelby

Saxelby joined Genie Industries in 1998 as a sales representative and has been a key player in the growth of sales in the US central region. He was then promoted to regional vice president, managing a team of five sales managers across 15 states and more recently completed a six-month assignment in China focusing on developing distribution.

Fearon said: “Saxelby’s proven track record in sales makes him an essential addition to the executive team. His skills and experience are vital in developing national initiatives and achieving company objectives.”
