Socage dealers are introduced to this years new products

The new products two spider lifts and six new truck mounts incorporate a great deal of the technology and components from the new products that it has introduced over the past 12 months or so.

They include:

Two new spider lifts developed from its existing 15 metre SPJ15 – the SPJ14 and SPJ18 with 14 and 18 metre working heights respectively. The two derivatives will maintain the same chassis and outrigger base as the 15, with a closed width of 780mm a 3.2 x 3.2 metre operating footprint. The 18 will weigh under two tonnes and offer up to 8.5 metres of outreach. Options will include an extending track width and electric power pack.

Seven new truck mounts include the 32 metre articulated DAJ332 on a 7.5 tonne Mitsubishi Canter chassis, with double sigma/pantograph riser, telescopic boom and articulated jib. Maximum outreach will be 20 metres, with a 10.8 metres up and over height and restricted capacity, maximum platform capacity will be at least 225kg. Slew is 360 degrees continuous and jacking options include retracted within the mirrors width the six other new trucks are all larger and telescopic with jibs.

The TJ35 boom lift

The 44 metre TJ44 telescopic with jib will be very similar to the recently launched TJ35, mounted on a two axle 18 tonne chassis with an overall length of nine metres. Other features include 14 metres of below ground reach and up to 600kg platform capacity.

The 47 metre TJJ47 is the same as the 44 but features a second telescopic jib to gain the extra height, stays on a two axle chassis and offers 30 metres of outreach.

The 51 metre TJ51 adds combines a four section main boom with the same three section jib arrangement on the new 44 but is mounted to a three axle chassis and boasts 34 metres of outreach.

The TJJ54 simple adds the double telescopic jib arrangement of the 47 to the four section boom of the 51, but is also being recommended on a close coupled four axle Scania chassis to fully exploit the outreach potential of 40 metres, although it could also be mounted on a three axle truck.

The 58 metre TJ58 uses a longer base boom to the TJ51 and is mounted on a four axle MAN chassis but employs the same jib arrangement. Maximum outreach will be 38 metres.

Finally the largest of the new products will be the TTJ61 which adds the double jib arrangement to the 58. All new TJ and TJJ models will offer up to 600kg platform capacity with a 500 kg hoist option and/or the option of replacing the platform with a 900kg hoist for occasional crane work.
