New CEO for New Holland
CNH - parent of Case and New Holland - has announced that its chief executive Harold Boyanovsky is retiring at the end of the year. His replacement will be Richard Tobin, the current chief financial officer.
Camillo Rossotto, currently head of financial services at parent company Fiat , will take over Tobin’s role while retaining his current responsibilities.

Sergio Marchionne, the chairman of Fiat Industrial said: “Harold is a real leader and has led the business through a period of tremendous growth and diversification that has transformed the company into the CNH we know today."
Boyanovsky, 67, has been CNH chief executive since March 2005.
