Dicing with death

A man was spotted recently working from a step ladder in on a busy street in the town of Rugby, England.

The conditions are misty and passing traffic is coming perilously close. It may be best to simply explain in the words of our reader: “I took this photo whilst driving through my home town of Rugby Warwickshire of a local council contractor working on a busy market day. You will see the car coming towards him and behind that the BUS! The bus passes him with only inches to spare.”

So this time the man is lucky not to have been hit, but what of tomorrow, and the next day? It is a numbers game and if he continues to work in the manner he will eventually be caught out, hopefully he will be spotted by a Health & Safety Executive inspector before he catches a bus.
