Kimberly places largest order

Kimberly Group the Harrogate UK based powered access rental specialist has placed the largest order in its history with Genie for the supply of 69 units including a number of larger articulated boom lifts. The order comprises multiples of the Z45/25, Z60/34, Z 80/60 and Z135/70 booms for delivery within the next two months.

Ray Ledger, chairman of Kimberly said: “this order reflects our determination to be able to offer our clients good quality equipment and to continue the development of 1st Access rentals, High Level Platforms and Kimberly Access on a national basis.”

“The ability for Kimberly to be able to invest at this level reflects that during the past few years we have consistently adopted a disciplined strategy of repayment of debt so that now financial gearing is at minimal levels.”
