JLG helps rebuild
JLG has provided an aerial lift to the community of Finale Emilia, following the earthquake last month, which devastated a large part of the town, severely damaging several historical structures, such as the clock tower - Torre dei Modenesi, most of the Rocca -castle and the Duomo.
The company has provided an X19J tracked spider lift for community usage together with operator training. “When a natural disaster like this occurs, everybody tries to help out limiting the damage suffered. The least we can do is to reach out to the community and the area by lending equipment which suits these kinds of jobs," said Roberto Marangoni, JLG’s general manager, Italy.
The manager for cultural heritage for Finale Emilia Claudio Baldini was in Verona, during a JLG event and received the keys to the from Marangoni.
