Bardonaro to leave Terex
Frank Bardonaro, currently vice president and managing director global sales at Terex Cranes will leave the company next month.
While he says that he is unable to discuss his latest challenge it does involve a return to the US crane rental industry in a senior role.
He joined Terex exactly two years ago as vice president and managing director of Terex Cranes in the Americas, after having stepped down as chief executive of crane rental company Amquip. He was promoted to his current position a year ago.

We understood that when he left Amquip he had a two year non-compete clause which has now expired. In the meantime he has had a significant impact at Terex Cranes, both domestically and internationally.
In a recent conversation with Vertikal.net he said that he had learnt a huge amount from the international market over the past 12 months and made a lot of new friends. Speaking today though he said he felt it was time for him to move back into the North American crane rental market, which is going through the early stages of a consolidation cycle.
While keeping his new role a closely guarded secret he says that he is very much looking forward to what will be a new and very exciting challenge.
In the meantime he remains at Terex where he will be involved in the handover of duties with a departure sometime in the middle of next month. Terex is likely to announce his successor in the next two weeks or so.
