Ahern decision due this week

We understand that the key decision in the Ahern Rentals Chapter 11 process, will be played out/made in the Reno bankruptcy court today.

The original deadline for current owner/chief executive - Don Ahern - to gain approval for his plan of reorganisation of the Las Vegas based access and telehandler rental company, was Friday 30th November and he has gone down to the wire.

If his plan is not accepted his exclusivity will end and others will be allowed an opportunity to put alternative plans forward.
