A gambling man
A man spotted this morning in central Glasgow, Scotland, was clearly gambling with his life as he washed windows above a betting shop in freezing weather.

Where is he going?
The scene is probably best described by the reader that sent it in: “Minus two in Glasgow this morning at the corner of Blythswood Street and the Famous Sauchiehall Street. If the ledge wasn’t icy when he went out there, there is a strong possibility it would have ended up that way with the water he splashed about cleaning those windows.”

Spotted cleaning windows in central Glasgow
“This is downright idiotic, he could have fallen on top of a pedestrian. Would someone acting equally as recklessly at ground level not be arrested and charged?”
This is a very good point someone at street level putting lives at risk would be at the very least stopped. In this case this man’s identity and employer should be relatively easy for the Health & Safety Executive to trace.. the national betting shop below will surely know who cleans the windows?
