The current directors have also announced that, contingent on a majority of them being re-elected they will elect Helene Biström, 51, as the new chairman. They have also appointed her as chairman of the Nomination and Compensation Committee - replacing Gustavson with immediate effect – in order to facilitate the search for new directors.
Biström, a Swedish national, has been a director of Cramo since 2011 and spent most of her career at power company Vatenfall, moving to Norrenergi in 2010.
