Leo 18GT for Schwenk

German access rental company Schwenk Platforms has taken delivery of an 18.5 metre Teupen Leo 18GT plus spider lift.

The lift offers up to 8.5 metres of outreach with its maximum platform capacity of 200kg. Weighing 2,400kg it has an overall length of 5.1 metres with platform attached. Features include a diesel/electric drive, low ground bearing pressure, adjustable non marking rubber tracks and an automatic outrigger levelling system.

Managing director Claus Schwenk said: “The 18GT plus has mastered its debut brilliantly and with the highest praise from those who have used it describing it as easy to use, user-friendly and efficient.”

Established in 1986, Schwenk offers a wide range of access platforms as well as forklifts. Based in Sulgen it is a member of the German association of independent rental companies Partner-Lift with further depots in Bad Dürrheim and Dormettingen.
